Heirloom Wedding Films Across New England

New Hampshire Wedding Videographer

I film weddings in New Hampshire. The White Mountains in October, the lakes in July, each with its own light.

More Than a Wedding Film

A family heirloom, created from one extraordinary day.

We create cinematic films that bring back the voices, the movement, and the people who made the day yours.

Getting Ready

Hair, makeup, suits, and the laughter in between. I capture the details, your dress reveal, and the people sharing the morning with you.

12:00 PM

First Look and Private Vows

A first look with your partner or family, with room to enjoy the moment. Small microphones can preserve your private vows in your own voices.

3:00 PM

Ceremony

Three to four camera angles follow your entrances, vows, and reactions. Dedicated audio recording keeps every word clear.

5:00 PM

Cocktail Hour

Guests catching up, family portraits alongside your photographer, and the reception details before everyone takes their seats.

6:00 PM

Grand Entrance

Your entrance, your people, and the room coming alive. I follow the energy and the reactions around you.

6:10 PM

First Dance

Your first dance together, filmed from complementary angles with attention to movement, expressions, and the people watching.

6:30 PM

Toasts

Clean audio and two to three camera angles preserve each speaker, your reactions, and the stories everyone will remember.

7:00 PM

Family Dances

Parent and family dances receive the same care as your first dance, with a close eye on the embraces and small expressions.

7:30 PM

Cake Cutting

The cake, the first slice, and the laughter around it. A little tradition, captured naturally.

9:00 PM

Dancing

The dance floor fills and the evening finds its rhythm. I stay with the energy, the friendships, and the moments that make the night yours.

Every celebration follows its own rhythm

Scott Mullaley, founder of SDM Weddings, filming with a cinema camera
Scott MullaleyFounder

Wedding films are among the most personal work we create. They are made for you now, but their value grows with time.

SDM Weddings is led by founder Scott Mullaley in Norwood, Massachusetts, with a limited calendar so every wedding receives his full attention. Scott is a Boston wedding videographer filming across Cape Cod, the North Shore and New Hampshire.

New Hampshire asks for a little more road, and I am happy to drive it. I film Portsmouth on the seacoast, the Lakes Region in the warm months, the White Mountains when the peaks are green or gold, and Lake Sunapee when you want a quieter water. The light is the reason the films feel different from one another. A July lake and an October mountain are both New Hampshire, and they should look like themselves.

The Omni Mount Washington, Castle in the Clouds, Church Landing, and Peckett’s are places I serve. The Omni Mount Washington is the grand hotel in the White Mountains, a veranda for portraits and a ballroom for the night. Castle in the Clouds sits high above the lake, and the arrival is already a scene, so I treat the approach as part of the wedding. Church Landing puts you on the water in the Lakes Region, lawn and docks within a few steps of the celebration. Peckett’s is a mountain house with a view that can stand next to the vows. I film at each one.

Flag Hill Winery and the Wolfeboro Inn round out the lakes for me. Flag Hill Winery is vines and a tent, close enough to Portsmouth that a seacoast guest list still feels natural. The Wolfeboro Inn faces the lake, and it is a place I am glad to film, with the water in the windows during dinner. Portsmouth itself is a walking city of inns and waterfront rooms, the harbor a few streets away, and I serve weddings there through the year. Lake Sunapee is the western lake, calmer and a little more private, and I film there too.

I am booking New Hampshire weddings for 2027. Foliage weekends and the Saturdays of high summer are the ones couples reserve first. From Norwood the drive is real, and I leave time for it, so your morning is calm when I arrive. Send the date, the region, and the inn or the mountain. I will write back within one business day.

Questions, Answered

When should we book?

Most couples reach out nine to eighteen months ahead, and Saturdays from May through October reserve first. We accept a limited number of weddings each year and are now booking 2027.

Do you travel?

Yes. From our base in Norwood, Massachusetts, we film across New England, from Boston, Cape Cod and the Islands to the Berkshires, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Destination weddings are available by arrangement.

When will we receive our films?

Your teaser trailer arrives within one week with The Feature and The Heirloom, and your highlight film within eight weeks with every package. Every film is delivered privately online.

Will you work alongside our photographer?

Always. We coordinate the timeline with your planner and photographer so the whole day flows naturally.

Can our package be customized?

Yes. Additional coverage, multiple locations, welcome events and destination travel can all be added. We shape it together in our first conversation.

How does pricing work?

Our packages are marked $ to $$$ so you can compare them at a glance. After a relaxed conversation about your date, location and coverage, we send a personal proposal.

Do you travel to New Hampshire?

Yes. I travel to New Hampshire from Norwood for the wedding day, including Portsmouth, the Lakes Region, the White Mountains, and Lake Sunapee.

Which New Hampshire places do you film?

Places I film include the Omni Mount Washington, Castle in the Clouds, Church Landing, Peckett’s, Flag Hill Winery, and the Wolfeboro Inn. I serve the celebration you are planning at each of them.

Are you booking New Hampshire weddings for 2027?

Yes. I am booking 2027 weddings in New Hampshire now, including foliage weekends and summer Saturdays in the Lakes Region. Write with the date and the town, and I will reply within one business day.
